Shipping policy

- Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-27th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 27th, your first letter will be the May edition)

- Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.
